Mr.Dhodhy was a Panellist at IIM Raipur’s First HR Confluence on August 25, 2012 (Theme: Managing Talent for Competitive Advantage: From Identifying and Acquiring Talent to its Retention).
 

He talked about a few practises that are followed in his firm. He emphasised on developing new skills required in the changing world of it. Such a training and development he believed was not only a responsibility of the organisation but also an individual responsibility.He explained the Life Career Development initiative followed in his organization where the employees with the encouragement and support of the organisations are empowered to plan their individual career paths.
