“Developing and diversifying one’s skill set is the mantra for success…” Mr. Sandeep Dhar, CEO TESCO.

 

The Key note address was rendered by Mr. SandeepDhar, CEO TESCO at Orientation Program for the 1st Batch of Fellow Program in Management (FPM) and 3rd Batch of Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), which started on June 28th at IIM Raipur Campus. The major and unique idea behind the four day program was, to groom our students at the level of mind, body and spirit so that they attain and sustain the physical, cognitive and emotional demands and challenges of their lives.
 

 

Mr.Dhar addressed the students at the inaugural function of the program and shared his experiences and life learnt lessons with them. He opined that the mantra for success lay in developing and diversifying one’s skill set. The strategy for this lay in taking up new challenges, moving ahead with confidence, extending ones boundaries and by constantly reinventing oneself.

He also elaborated on the need for entrepreneurs for development of the country and asked the students to develop themselves as entrepreneurs. This he believed can be done by holistic thinking, analytical mind frame, right attitude and a never say die spirit. He also asked the student to focus on the big picture and keenly understandas well as critically developing business propositions.
